CODESSI stands for COLLABORATIVE DESIGN.

An ideas incubator, we collaborate on high-quality architectural and object designs that build delight.

We explore a range of project scales and typology, from art installations to urban masterplans.

Our design process has a strong conceptual focus, and we strive to create experiences that are emotive and memorable. 

We love to meet people who are equally passionate about great design, and who wish to collaborate on projects of which we may jointly be proud.

Rana runs CODESSI as a creative outlet parallel to her full-time role within a corporate architecture studio.

An AIA registered architect, she has over 16 years’ experience within architectural practice and academia; and has been a Green Star Accredited Professional with the GBCA for almost a decade.

Rana completed a research-based Master of Architecture degree at the University of California, Berkeley; and received her Bachelor of Architecture degree with First Class Honours from Victoria University of Wellington. Her freelance designs have been recognised through  industry awards, while her research pursuits have received funding from groups that include NAWIC and Fulbright (NZ).
